- Mexico
For shipping to other countries, please email us at support@skyfirelight.com for custom arrangements.
Standard Shipping (USPS First Class or Priority Mail)
- Free Shipping on all orders over $29 USD
- Orders under $29 may be subject to a small shipping fee (calculated at checkout)
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada & Mexico: 5–10 business days (via USPS International Services)
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days
Expedited Shipping
Need it faster? We offer USPS Priority Express or other expedited options upon request. Contact us before placing your order at support@skyfirelight.com, and we’ll provide a custom quote based on your location and urgency.
Order Processing & Tracking
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, or is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@skyfirelight.com. We’ll help investigate with USPS and work toward a solution.
